Microsoft. This was the Diversity & Inclusion Team’s baby. My primary contact was Geri Ann Baptista, Global Diversity & Inclusion | Brand & Communication Strategist.
The most challenging project of the Microsoft Diversity and Inclusion Report was the sheer number of hands touching the project.
Being the first public release of a document of this type for Microsoft, there were multiple stakeholders in writing, providing data, legal and leadership that all needed sign-offs, which made version control and timelines a challenge.
Juggling these timelines and getting the time to simply play with the document to make it not only functional, but beautiful was a challenge.
My role for this position was Art Director. In addition, I handled all of the graphic data visualization as well.
For Microsoft D&I I provided the data visualization and Art Directed the document.
