Internal Design work for WE Communications in preparation for the Seattle Interactive Conference. DXT is the design arm of WE and the goal was to promote WE’s speaker, Ray Page who would be speaking about WE-DXT and the Trifecta Model Philosphy of combining PR, Data Analytics and Design into one service.
All assets were internally developed for WE Communications.
We knew we wanted to develop and build out the “Rule of Threes” to juxtapose the value of a triumvirate in as many markets and environments that we could and place among it, “Creative Strategy and Data” as a natural addition.
Carrying this to fruition without seeming too wordy or kitschy was difficult. We also wanted to communicate this in multiple different social media formats to promote the SIC and to generate design-focused business for WE-DXT.
In addition, WE planned on prepping the DXT website for release that same weekend, which meant building content in the form of case studies and homepage animations.
There were a lot of moving parts and they all needed to come together cleanly on the same day while maintaining other projects.
Since each asset was treated as a different project, I took on different roles for each project from Art Direction to Lead Designer.
Although my title was Art Director, I shifted from layout design to motion graphics, to illustration, to art direction, to presentation design, to good ol’ fashioned production artist.
